Privacy
Pixsoul Media Inc. ("Pixsoul", "we") respects your privacy. This section explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms: your name, company, work email and anything you write in your message or application.
- Your answers to the AI Opportunity Report questions, which we use to prepare your report and to understand what you are interested in.
- Information you share with us by email or phone, or during a call.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as device type and pages viewed. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To assess and manage an application or project you ask us about.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We never sell your information. Requesting a report does not sign you up for marketing emails; we only send those if you tick the separate box, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as our email, scheduling and client management tools. They may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We require these providers to protect your information and use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it securely.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@pixsoulmedia.com. We will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
